    If you wish to apply for a refund, please submit a refund request to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product.
  2. Refund Conditions
    Refunds are only available in the following cases:

Product quality issues: If the product you received is defective, damaged or shipped incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it.
Unused condition: If you want to return the product in an unopened and unused condition. We cannot accept refund requests for opened or used products.

    When submitting a refund request, please provide your order number, product details and a clear reason for the refund.
    We will confirm with you after receiving your request and provide detailed return instructions.
    Please send the product back to the specified address, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred (unless the return is caused by our error).
  2. Refund Processing Time
    Once we receive your return and confirm that the product is eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  3. Special Notes
